Repeated or last-minute cancellations may result in account restrictions or suspension.
Any applicable refund or compensation will be determined according to the circumstances of the cancellation and the applicable Krewlink policies.
1.6 Force Majeure
Krewlink may waive or modify applicable penalties when a cancellation or failure to attend is caused by circumstances beyond the Crew Member's reasonable control, including serious emergencies, severe weather, government restrictions, natural disasters, or major transportation disruptions.
Krewlink may request reasonable evidence before making a determination.
